This extensive refurbishment of a distinguished Grade II listed property celebrates the harmony between historic character and modern living. Working in close collaboration with the client and architect, LGM Developments undertook a sensitive transformation that respected the building’s heritage while future-proofing it for modern life. The works included full mechanical and electrical upgrades, underfloor heating to first-floor areas, and the reconfiguration of selected spaces to enhance flow and functionality. A striking glass walkway and original well, now softly lit from below, serve as standout features, carefully restored and highlighted to preserve their historic appeal. Throughout, new bathrooms, bespoke flooring, and a complete redecoration scheme have elevated the interiors, with every detail personally selected by the client.
Externally, the property was re-landscaped to include a natural swimming pond and a newly constructed double garage, ensuring the outside spaces reflect the same attention to detail and timeless appeal as the interiors.
