Who we are

LGM Developments is a family run company located in Chichester, West Sussex.

We have been in the construction industry for over forty years and through this time we have developed a highly experienced & skilled team of staff and sub-contractors with whom we work closely.

We pride ourselves that all our works are carried out to the highest standards using the best craftsmen. Whether as nominated contractor or through fixed-price tendering for projects, our team is highly placed to carry out your project.

We ensure that there is always an excellent liaison with clients and architects and that we have a complete understanding of what our clients wish to achieve.

Our Story

In 2002, my late wife, Lynn, and I began LGM Developments Ltd after working in the industry for many years, as I believed there was a gap in the market for exceptional service provision for the luxury residential property development and building market in the West Sussex area.

The bespoke nature of each project brings its own challenges which I have always strived to ensure are not only met but exceeded. I have instilled into my team the same philosophy and now use my experience to ensure the highest level of service we as a team provide is maintained.

We are a passionate and hardworking team who accept only the best for our clients and the projects we deliver for them and our aim is not only to deliver beautiful buildings but build strong relationships. I am very proud to have a client portfolio that has stayed with me throughout the years.

This is a family-run business that at its core has my son laying the path for the next generation to follow our vision of exceptional service provision to our valued clients.
