This project marks an exciting milestone for our team as we expand our footprint beyond the Chichester Harbour Peninsula and into the heart of the Hampshire countryside. While the location may be new, our commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and discretion remains firmly the same.
A Home with History
The manor house, steeped in history in one of the region’s most picturesque settings, this extraordinary property sits at the intersection of tradition, luxury and rural charm.
We’re honoured to be entrusted with such a significant renovation. Sensitive to the heritage of the building, our work will combine respectful restoration with thoughtful modernisation to bring the property up to today’s standards, without losing any of its timeless character.
Working with a Trusted Team
In collaboration with renowned classical architects ADAM Architecture, and structural and civil engineers AND Design, our scope of work includes a high-end internal and external refurbishment, the addition of a new extension housing a home gym and spa, as well as the installation of modern infrastructure such as fibre broadband connectivity, ensuring the property is as functional as it is beautiful.
