Sea Front New House, Pool & Steam Room

Project Details:- New house, swimming pool and steam room.

On a sea front site, this energy efficient house is constructed in timber frame with the natural external cladding being finished in Canadian Western Red Cedar. The internal finish of the house is composed only of wood with internal timber boarding to all walls and ceilings which helps define its image as a 'beach-style' house.

The high specification swimming pool is finished by vast areas of tropical and sustainably sourced 'Iroko' decking, with the steam room situated adjacent to the south side of the pool. The property has been constructed with solar panels to its roof, providing solar hot water and all heating requirements to the swimming pool.
