Elizabethan Property Town Centre Refurbishment

An interesting and logistically challenging town centre project, converting and extending this listed building into luxury accomodation.

The works included the demolition of a single storey building in the centre of the property, followed by the construction of a new doule-storey green Oak framed building. Completed throughout with Oak flooring, a new plumbing system, electronics and four new bathrooms.

Commencing in September 2009 and completed in December 2010, this major overhaul project incorporated modern lines and a high quality finish within the conserved timber structure, maintaining the periodic features of the building. The end result offering comfort and luxury through unique design and a high specification.
