About Us

LGM Developments is a family run business set up by Gary and Lynn Morgan. We have been in the construction industry for over 25 years and through this time we have developed an experienced team of good and reliable contractors with whom we work closely.

Many of our contractors we have known and have worked with for over 20 years allowing for a good working relationship to have developed.

We have taken on various projects for architects, worked directly with clients and also developed our own building projects.

Our contracts are carried out on time and on budget and we pride ourselves that all our works are carried out to the greatest standards using the best craftsmen. We always ensure that there is an excellent liaison with clients and architects and that we have a complete understanding of what the client wants to achieve as an end result.

We are able to offer a full package of design and planning service, seeing a contract through from start to completion.

We are also experienced in energy saving solutions and renewable technologies such as ground source heating systems and solar panels as well as swimming pool construction, automated access systems, CCTV systems and similar facilities.

We include in our website some examples to demonstrate the wide range of contracts we have carried out in both the private and commercial sector but primarily we are TRADITIONAL builders.
