Beach front property complete refurbishment with new large attached garage and South facing Balcony. The property was completely stripped back to its shell and the roof removed, an all weather scaffold structure was erected. All new electrical & plumbing systems fitted. Internally finished with Tongue & Groove timber panelling throughout. Externally new roofs were completed in Zinc with external Eternit cladding board & traditional painted render to the walls. Externally landscaped with new planting & vast areas of timber decking laid with Cedar clad walls to the boundary.
